Association Bill
|
Assessment payments are billed annually. Homeowners have
the option of paying via check or by automatic debit from their checking account. There is a late fee of $30.00 per month
for delinquent accounts. Many homeowners enjoy the automatic payment system so they do not have to write a check or be concerned
about a late payment. The form for automatic debit authorization are available at American Property
