Eastgate of Bloomingdale
is a community located on the southwest corner of Lake Street (Rt. 20) and Medinah Road in Bloomingdale, Il.
The subdivision offers semi-custom homes, designed with the active family in mind. It consists of

Eastgate features recreational opportunities for all, with walking paths throughout the subdivision.
Erie Circle Park offers a playground for the children in the community. The park is maintained by the Bloomingdale

All homeowners within the Eastgate community are part of the Eastgate of Bloomingdale Homeowners'
Association (HOA). The Eastgate of Bloomingdale HOA, through its elected board and organized committees,
is responsible for maintenance of the property areas such as the beautiful neighborhood entrance and the berms along Medinah
Road. The beauty and serenity of Eastgate is protected by written standards which ensure the homeowner
that the integrity of the community will be continually maintained.
